Creative Endeavors Consulting creates projects with client-partners and invites our combined resources (skills, talents, expertise) to participate. Our goal is to develop recognition and value for the property (a product, service, or message) that is the focus of the project.
Joint Endeavors are created, by agreement, with both companies and individuals for the opportunity to increase each other's value through the success of branded products and services. We invest, as a collaborative effort, forming project partnerships that bring together business skills, expertise and resources.
Joint Ventures are developed to house the successful market entry of a branded product that needs to expand for licenses and creative multimedia campaign. We co-create and co-design collections that have not yet entered the market place, determined through the success of limited edition collections.
A Forecast for the Agency Business___ MediaPost ________ The last thing I foresee happening is that the holding companies will become the owners of the client relationships rather than the agencies. The holding companies will create agencies around their largest clients, and they will promote their strongest executive-level strategists to holding company-level SWAT teams who then become responsible for developing new ideas and generating new business. These will become the drivers of innovation industrywide, while they then funnel the best ideas down to the client-centric teams as these teams drive the client business forward. These models are being explored on many different levels in a number of agencies and holding companies as we speak. Their success will determine if I am right, but I feel their success is inevitable.
